Parker & Son sponsors school’s football kit

Battle-based business Parker & Son (P&S) has announced it will be sponsoring Ninfield CE Primary School’s Football Team for the 2026 season. 

Parker & Son has a long standing relationship with Ninfield School. The company has sponsored other events such as the Ninfield Stoolball Charity Event and last year also built the school a sandpit for the children to play and learn in. Managing Director James Parker attended the school when he was a boy and now his children are pupils. 

James Parker said: “We’re incredibly proud to be sponsoring the new football kit for Ninfield CE Primary School. As someone who walked these corridors as a child, it means a great deal to now see my own children doing the same. This school played an important role in shaping who I am today and, as a family run business rooted in the local community, we believe in giving back wherever we can. Supporting the team is about more than just football  – it’s about encouraging confidence, teamwork and ambition in the next generation. We’re delighted to play a small part in that journey.”

The football kits, which will be worn by all the football players across different key stages, feature the Parker & Son logo. PE Lead Miss Reid said: “The support from Parker and Son in sponsoring our new football kits means so much to me personally and to our entire school community. We strive to give our children the very best sporting opportunities and having a local business believe in what we are doing reinforces that our efforts matter”  

It is the first time the school has had its own kit and the children of Ninfield Primary can now proudly show off their new kits for the 2026 season. 

Miss Reid went on to say: “When the children wear their new kits, they are not just representing the school but they are representing a wider community that supports them. It strengthens the bond between school and local businesses, showing our pupils that people believe in them and want them to succeed. Thanks to Parker & Son, our children can compete feeling proud, united and professional. Their generosity goes far beyond a logo on a shirt – it is an investment in opportunities, wellbeing and the development of lifelong skills.”
